Can you transfer Unity Plus licenses to a different organization?

I just joined a new organization, but I still have several months of an annual Plus license (paid monthly) remaining for my old organization.

I was hoping I'd be able to transfer that license to the new organization rather than wasting the money or license that's remaining, considering I'm not allowed to cancel the annual subscription.

Please advise, thank you.
