Board Game Movement 3D
Hello all,
I am new to Video Game Design, and more or less just teaching myself in my spare time.
I am working on creating a board game, and have designed a single plane as the "Board" in Blender and migrated it over to Unity.
Is there a way to define the movement "Tiles" and their areas within the single plane? Ideally I don't want to have to create an individual asset for each tile the player character can land on.
The movement between tiles is static, you can only move right to left across the board, 1 tile at a time, no skipping tiles, and the movement allowance is based off of 2 dice being rolled.
If I am asking the wrong question please let me know.
Thanks in advance!
