Unity Hub says I have an editor installed, but whenever I try to uninstall it, it does absolutely nothing and won't open any projects.
As the title says, my Unity Hub is saying that I have an editor that I never installed listed as installed, but I can't uninstall it or use it in any projects. My hub is version 3.1.1, if that helps at all. For some more context, the button for uninstalling the editor is has been replaced with "Remove from Hub" instead of the usual "Uninstall" choice. I have been at this for a while now, and have gotten no results so far.
