Unity videoPlayer does not working on android platform when using a URL but works perfectly fine in ios

I'm using unity 2019.4.31f1. I am using video player source url to play the video.

After building apk and runs it in Android, the video does not play at all in the videoPlayer. It just gives me black screen. However, the video plays well and works perfectly find when i build in ios platform.

Is there any reasons why this is happening and i would love if anyone would help me sort this. thanks
