I need help fixing fullscreen

As I develop, I wanted to see what would happen if I were to do fullscreen. I ran into a problem there. I ran it in 1280 by 720p, in fullscreen. The game showed up on the top half of the screen, and all the UI buttons hit boxes show up where they are originally intended. Is there a way to fix this issue?
