How do I get my character texture to represent it's nuanced transparency?
So I'm making a character model, and I have hair that is textured and polygonal and part of the overall character texture. My only way of getting "something" resembling the texture I made is to select the cutout method, but this removes the nuance in the strands I created.
If I select the "Transparent" rendering mode, the whole model goes rather transparent, and yes, the albedo slider is at 255. Same with "Fade". How do I get proper gradual transparency as I see in my texture file?
Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
