Gamepad UI turns off after opening sub menu?
Heya devs,
I have 2 menus:
Main Menu Buttons Game Select
When you start the game, the Main Menu Buttons is active, while Game Select is inactive. By pressing Play, it will activate Game select, with the options of either New Game or Load game.
Now this is where the problem comes in with the gamepad. In the EventSystem in First Selected, I have dropped in the Play button and the gamepad works for navigation and selecting, until I press Play and it brings up the Game Select menu.
When this happens, the gamepad no longer works with the UI. I tried making a duplicate of the EventSystem, moving it into the Game Select menu, then dragging and dropping in New Game.
This didn't work, so I tried the same from leaving it outside of the menu.
Again, no luck.
Does anyone know how to keep the gamepad working, even after changing menus?
