Unity Copying file failed

After I was download Unity from UnityHub and start Unity,it's has notification said : Copying file failed Copying C:/ProgramData/Unity/Unity_v5.x.ulf to C:/ProgramData/Unity/Unity_lic.ulf: The system cannot find the file specified. alt text
