I haven't checked your link, but Audacity has a new coder for mp3 that is completely jank. It puts a little bit of silence at the beginning and end of the track that is impossible to remove (in my experience). You can check this yourself by putting the same file back in to Audacity.
Export to .wav instead and you can loop seemlessly.
actually i exported the in the link as wav, so i don't know, isn't there any other way?
Well I found Audacity audio and Unity sometimes pops or crackles when the loop joins. For me that was always because of a fraction of a second of fadeout and/or silence put there by the coder. I recommend putting the file back in to Audacity and checking anyway to be sure. Also zooming right in to make the cuts during low 'peaks'. If it plays ok looped in Audacity it 'should' work in Unity as a .wav.
I can only report what fixed my problem unfortunately. Good luck!
