Racing game making me feel sick (motion sickness)
I have been working on a truck racing game for a little while now and it's coming out very good and fun to play. But when I play it for more than about 15 minute I start to get a little motion sickness. (I do get motion sick very easy, but this is a little crazy)
I remember reading somewhere that changing the camera FOV will help with this. Changing it to 60 - 100 is good.
My Camera FOV is at 40. But I also have the camera zoomed out to where I like it.
What is the difference between changing the FOV to a larger number, or just changing my camera to be positioned farther away from the truck?
Is there anything else I can do?,I have been working on a truck racing game for a little while now and it's coming out very good and fun to play. But when I play it for more than about 15 minute I start to get a little motion sickness. (I do get motion sick very easy, but this is a little crazy)

So, yes the FOV is really important. But you should also play around with Post Processing Effects (especilly Motion Blur)
