2D Tilemap Extras: Is there any way to convert a RuleTile into a normal tilemap, so that I can edit it manually?
Just because sometimes the RuleTile doesn't work like I want, but when I try to go in with actual tiles, it deforms itself. I know that's probably how it is supposed to work, so I want to know if it is possible to convert it into a normal tilemap.
Edit: I'll just add a little detail. So I make a RuleTile with all these rules and stuff, put it on my palette, and draw in a scene. I then notice that one or two tiles are in the wrong place/state/whatever - I probably made a mistake with the rules. So I grab the correct tile from my palette, and try to place it over the incorrect tile placed by the RuleTile, but the RuleTile deforms around the tile I place. Instead of going back into the rules of the RuleTile and trying to figure out what I did wrong, could I somehow turn/convert the RuleTile into an ordinary tilemap that I can edit it with individual tiles from my palette?
