XRRig, oculus go FirstPersonController

Ive managed to setup an XRRig and be able to look around etc. now i want to be able to rteat the rig like a First Person Controller, Using the go controller for the usual f,b,l,r.

I cant find any help on this, or im not sure what im looking for. can some please assist?
