Why is my Project not loading

so I have been coding on this project for 2 months now and now it won't load. No errors given, nothing said, it just makes the application not respond. I have no clue what to do, and everything I find on this topic says to delete and re-download the folders in the project, yet nothing on how to do that. I'm on 2020.3.25f1 in the project, and I haven't installed mac Moneterey. HELP
