Scene changes not being reflected in standalone build
I've made some modifications to my level model and changed the positions of gameobjects to fit within the room. It works fine in the editor, all the changes are reflected properly and the new positions of the gameobjects are recognized. However, when I build the game and run it standalone, the positions of the gameobjects are not updated and they appear outside the house I've resized. There is no code defining the positions of these gameobjects. They're just statically placed in the editor.
How can I force these changes to update in the standalone build?

Also having this problem.. I added new buttons to make sure I wasn't imagining it.. spent over an hour trying to resolve an error that kept coming up, and then realize that its building the same old build over and over.
restarted unity, saved to new folders, took scenes out and put them back into the build settings.. still not fixed..
