WEBGL Build Not Working!

Good day! I am somewhat of a noob to Unity and having trouble with a web build not working.

Here are are the errors I am getting in console after clicking Build and Run:

**Game.loader.js:1 missing function: IsMobile

Any help is greatly appreciated!
