I cant add script to canvas

So i was following a tutorial on how to make a pause menu (im pretty new)

The tutorial in question was: PAUSE MENU in Unity by Brackeys

At around 4:00 when he creates a script i just get an error saying:

"A script called "PauseMenu already exists in that path."

I have tried adding script with different names but it doesnt work, please help!
