Give sprite animation to parent,Give animation to parent
Trying to create an inventory system like Dead Cells, where you have pre-drawn sprites, and weapons have a certain animation set assigned.
How do you give an animation clip from a child to a parent (i think my best bet is creating a "weapon" prefab that holds an animation clip of the possible animations, and they overwritten in the parent "player" 's animator the .anim files to overwrite)
