How can I force FPS per camera?
I need to render my secondary camera at a lower FPS, but I can't figure out how.
I've tried using the code snippet from the manual (Camera.Render), plus an old snippet I found on these forums, but it doesn't work. This seems like it should be such an easy problem, but for some reason it's got me stumped. Can anyone provide an example script for this?
I'm feeling really stupid and frustrated right now... I could really use some help.

I tried those but they don’t work. Tried in Unity 2018 and 2019.
