Best Way to reduce size of grass..
Long story short… I am trying to make a mobile game which has to be below 150 MB…. In my first build, it was around 139 mb. Then after compressing textures and turning off MipMaps, It got to 120 MB… I still need space because I currently have 10 Tiles which each have 5 layers of grass. After seeing the editor log… I saw that these grass have taken 57MB of my space…. I need to place even more grass since I have some more tiles… Is there any better alternative or method for me to get to atleast 60 MB with this grass? Removing the grass is not really an option for me at this point… Does mesh baking help since I am not trying to shake the grass according to the wind or anything.. I just want a static grass with lower vertices because this grass is the only thing that is taking all the space in my game.
