[UMA2] Head is not delete clearly

I deleted "Head" part in Hierarchy tap. When I removed head, head was deleted. But reneder problem was happened such as attached picture (red parts).

Please give me answer how I can solve it!

(Unit 2020.03.26f1, UMA2 2.12 version)
