How To Show a Question UI Canvas After Collider ?

I have a Random Spawn Cube , if I collider with the cube , I want to show a Question on Canvas (Text , button) and after press the button the canvas set disabled. Can somebody Help Me ? Thanks Before

How you want to show the question when the cube is spawned or when cube is touching something ? be more specific
