Unity Sharers and Collab doesn't show

I downloaded Unity a while ago and no matter how I tried shaders didn't work and the collab button was missing.

I did the same on my laptop however there the collab button was where it should have been and the shaders worked properly(I've looked more than once on how to use shaders in Unity and I've done the same in my laptop and it worked, as well as trying to start a Unity project with URP/HDRP on and anything went pink) My question is, is there a chance Unity was not installed properly on my computer? I don't see another reason it could have happened...

I tried to reinstall both hub and Unity itself, and it is still like this... Why is this happening and what can I do??
