Platform Top Panel Scrolling Effect and Animation

I want the platform top layer to scroll continuous animation so that different things placed on the platform give an illusion of sliding. alt text

I want panel below bomb scroll effect or animation because at present bomb is moving left and right so it looks more natural if I add scrolling for the platform top panel too.

I hope you get me for my this point otherwise you can give me a message so I will try to explain in another way.
