Reflections in nested scene
I have what seems like a super basic issue.
From a brand new project (URP/2019.4 LTS) i'll insert a sphere with a lit material, which will have metallic and smoothness set to 1, giving me a reflection of the skybox.
I'll then create a second scene (`scene2`) with nothing in it, and nest the first scene (`scene1`) in it. At this point I'll have not touched any lighting settings, minus removing the skybox in scene2.
With scene2 active, nesting scene1, the sphere is completely black as expected. When making scene1 active, the sphere shows up. But when I repeat this in play mode, lighting never updates when I set scene1 active again.

Is there something I need to do from scripting to trigger lighting to be switched over aside from setting scene1 active?
