              Procedural 2D frost VFX
I have been thinking about a way of creating a procedural VFX looking like this for a while now, but can't seem to find an optimal way of implementing it in Unity. I would like to achieve cracked ice where there are no obstacles, and icy edges (+ some color variation like shown below) if there are some.
