Navmesh Agent Multiple surfaces types

Hi! I make runtime Navmesh agent in runtime so i used Local Nav Mesh Builder and Nav Mesh Source Tag, but I have a problem, agents only move on the surface they are currently on. They can't move from baked surface or NavMeshSurface to Nav Mesh Source Tag and the other way. How can agents move freely between these surfaces?
