Desktop microtransactions

Hey everyone,

Micropayments are very popular on mobile, but I can't seem to find an adequate solution on desktop, aside from Steamworks. I'd really want to avoid using Google Play, Amazon and Facebook, if possible. Does Unity offer an hassle-free solution to handling payment for in-game content or donations on Desktop? (preferably using PayPal)
