compiler error 1 wont run

I am using unity with MonoDevelop and it wont late me play the game. This started after i installed the Universal RP package, with i later uninstalled thinking it was the problem (now i don't think it was the problem). I can't make new scripts because when I open MonoDeveolp and run or debug i get the next errors (Compiler crushed with code: 1.) What can I do to solve this? I suppose i need to update the toolset? didn't have an error onto I opened monodevelop to start trying to code again. I am confused
