Can you assign specific D-pad arrows in the Input settings as individual buttons?

Heya!

I'm working on some inputs and I would like to specifically map something to each D-pad arrow, but looking at the layout for the XBOX/X360 controller for Windows Unity, it only has the horizontal and vertical inputs, not individually like buttons.

Does anyone know how to assign each D-pad arrow specifically as a button?
