Unity Remote 4 not showing anything on Nexus 5

I just started making an app for android, but I can't get Unity Remote to work. I have a Nexus 5 and I've installed the drivers for it, it's listed in Device manager (I'm on Windows). It works if I use build and run, but if I just press play nothing happens. I know it can find my phone, since it's working with build and run.
