Open XR build opens as 2D game, does not acknowledge headset
Using Unity 2020.3.25f1 and the OpenXR 1.3.1 plugin, some of my users are encountering the below problem;
" I launch the game, it opens and loads as if its not in VR, in my steam VR view its still launching, overlay is disabled, I'm using a Valve Index and index controllers. I tried launching it with Steam VR off, it still launches and Steam VR doesn't open, its launching as if its just a flat screen game and it refuses to acknowledge my headset."
This problem has been reported mostly with the Valve index, with one report being for the Rift. Does anyone know what may be the issue here and how I can fix it? I use the rift S and everything works just fine. I also know many players that use the Valve index that have no issues as well.
