my ui broke,I Can't create an UI...

, So one day, I'm messing with unity because I'm very bored, but when i see this project it has no version selected, then my brain was like "Meh maybe that's fine".
But when I select a version for it and then fire it up i was greeted by tons of errors, Im not sure why so i clicked them and it was error from the HDRP so i delete it and then there's more error from more packages, but there's two more errors, i clicked it and it was ofc a random package.. i quickly delete it but it wont work... after 1 hour of getting a heart attack i somehow delete that package.
However, there's 1 more problem... i remember i delete a script like a UI thing.. or smth and then there i am.. stuck in this problem
How can i fix this?
Window - Package Manager - Remove Unity UI and TextMeshPro, and reinstall them both. Also check if you have option to create UI if you click on "GameObject" on Unity top menu. If nothing works - revert Unity Hub version from beta to production, or just change unity hub version.
