Hey there. Im 99% sure that the page with that ID doesn't exist. All the issuetracker pages are searchable on Google with issueID site:issuetracker.unity3d.com. But 1282106 site:issuetracker.unity3d.com doesn't return any results.

Yeah it's strange. There are multiple unlinked IDs on that page. The description on the What's New page and the description from the issue are also not the same, which makes searching even harder. Seems like a thing you could ask on the forums, or contact Unity directly but i don't think that's a thing/that's just the forum.
I have tried to seek help from Unity official, I will update here when I have a reply.
