Changing Android Splash Screen

Hello,

As the title suggests, I want to have my own splash image showing when loading the game. I know I have to have a Pro license to do it, so I saved some money to buy the pro license. However, when I search on the internet, I noticed that some users are talking about the requirement of an additional Android Pro add-on. Is Android Pro really necessary in order to change my splash screen on Android devices? If so, it will double the price, which will be a deal breaker for me unfortunately.

I'm not sure I know anymore, I'd have said you need both but maybe you only need the Android Pro license until you make over $100,000 at which point you need the Unity Pro license as well. Everything else in 5 is effectively Pro except some $$anonymous$$m tools, so maybe you just need Android pro till you hit the big time.

I need that answer too. Unity is expensive for itself and a plugin that costs the same as the full engine is absurd! If the features of the plugin include platform specific splash screen customization, that's way more absurd! They have update the Pro to Professional names but forgot to change the prices page (still PRO) and they forgot to describe this kind of little detail. $$anonymous$$ost of us don't care about fine tune on android, we just need to change the splash screen.
