"Importing Itteration 2" every time I hit build.

I have already imported my bundles into unity, but every time Itry to build for android I have to wait 8 hours for "Importing Iteration 2" Why Do I have to import again when I have already imported everything? and EVERY TIME I BUILD. UNUSABLE.

Also has started doing it for no reason at all when the eaditor is Idle. (2021 official release)
