Chronic screen distortion on some scenes

I have an app that is mostly good , but some scenes have a chronic distortion happening as seen in the following picture. The screen image is breaking up in moving lines of static ( including UI) alt text

Any idea what might be going on here?

its an 8th generation iPad with IOS 14.8.1, built with Xcode 12.5.1 and Unity 2021.1.19f1. Some scenes are fine, but others are not
