Shader doesn't work as expected on iOS (last row of pixels stretched)

Hi all,

All the forums say to use uv.y = 1 - uv.y; to flip a texture, but on iOS, this simply stretches out the last row of pixels across the entire uv. This works as expected in Editor, but not on my iPhone.

Anyone have a solution?
