How can I profile web player version 4.3?
I've read this: http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/456130/how-can-i-profile-a-remote-webplayer-with-unity-41.html (I'm doing this in Windows)
Maybe it was true, but now it lies. I have set the auto-connect and profile tags, build and run. Using current Unity plugin. There is no 'channels' menu item. I have the same old 3 options (full screen/about/setup) as always.
Do I have to be running a local server to connect to with the profiler? 'Cuz I tried that and it does not connect to my player.
Have you built a Development build? Does the machine you are running on have the development web player plugin installed? (This only lives in the editor installer, if memory serves.)
Yes and yes. I unistalled Unity Web Player and reinstalled 4.3.3, fired up Chrome and surely there was the web player, but there's still no option for 'channels'.
