Is there a plugin for Unity which lets me edit UV's?

I have a bunch of textures, and meshes, and I want to atlas a bunch of textures into 1 texture, and then edit my QUAD meshes so they use this one atlas (so I can have one material, to reduce draw calls). I have MeshBaker but I haven't figured out how to do this, and it seems like what I want is more specific and simple than MB. Anyone know of a simple utility? I guess something like the sprite editor but for 3d meshes?
