Smart Karts and ML Agents missing in Karting Microgame?

I'm new to Unity, and am experimenting with the karting microgame and AI. I cannot find the ML_Agents folder or any of the smart karts training package. I've already tried updating Unity and getting the most recent version of the game. I've been stuck for 2 days, please help. Thank you.
