Unity 2018.1.6f1 Crashes on Startup

I am not able to any project with any Unity Installation on Windows machine. Even Standard Assets Example Project crashes during startup without any error message. It just loads some files and disappears. (Also from Task Manager) You can find editor.log and system details attached. link text
