How to fix this elbow problem after converting to humanoid
Hi guys, i just want to ask what's happening on the elbows of my 3d model. it's completely fine in blender and generic animation type but as soon as I convert it to humanoid it turns into that, there's no error on the rig tab but on animation tab there are errors that say "is inbetween humanoid transforms and has rotation animation that will be discarded" for the both elbows. I have been trying to fix this for days now and I would appreciate any help.
Here are the things I've tried so far:
Put the right bones to the right slots.
Enforce T-pose.
Translation DoF.
Clicked Generate Retargeting and applied it.

So I deleted my "solution" as it presented another problem. It doesn't look like the elbow is separating to the lower arm anymore but it still does not look right. What is happening here? and for the people who's reading this, please let me know if you guys also have this issue, so I know if im not the only one with this problem, that would help quite a bit.
