64-bit apk size is extremely large.

The problem is: If i build my game with Mono scripting back-end only to ARMv7, the APK size is ~20MB which is totally ok. But since google play requires 64-bit support, i had to change the back-end to IL2CPP, and then select the 64 bit target. but the apk size, together with the expansion file, is 150-400 MB depending on if i check only ARM64, or ARM64 and ARMv7 both to run on more devices....
Well... its kind of ridiculous to download 0.5GB to play a game with 5 textures, and 2 sprites in it right?
I never tried to publish a game before, so i don't really know what are the settings for in the "Other settings" part in project settings.
Would someone be so nice to tell me what to do?
