Game view stutters after upgrade
Hello,
I recently upgraded my project from 2019 LTS to 2020 LTS and it now is quite stuttery in the game view when I am testing. I've recorded a video here, it isn't quite as bad here as it has been but you can still see that it seems like the frame rate is dropping even though it isn't (see stats).
I'm just kind of a bit stumped as to where to even start with this. It seems to be happening even in the main menu page - you can see the snow not quite flowing evenly.
Hoping someone might have some suggestions of where I can look to try and start debugging things here.
In case it's useful - the game is fairly simple but the level is built using Unity's Sprite Shape functionality and the snow is the built in particle system. Everything is fairly vanilla.
