Difficulty with gaze function
I am just trying to make a simple 3D VR app for Cardboard on iOS in which you can look around in a simple world consisting only of a plane and a few cubes. All I want is to be able to look around in VR, but I'm stuck at that very first step. Every time I try to emulate or "play" the project, I am unable to make it respond in any way either to my mouse on the computer (or with any click, alt+click) or to movements from accelerometer on the phone. I have searched for probably 6 hours now trying to find an answer on simply how to program it to look around inside a simple platform on the game. I've googled every version of this and tried to work through probably 10 video tutorials. I'm not even able to move around the view inside the Unity Sample Scene! I've tried various first person controller tutorials as well. I can't get anywhere on this and I'm so unbelievably frustrated. Thank you
