I want to make a withdrawal to my paypal account,Can I withdraw some funds to paypal without withdrawing all my earnings?

Halo, If I have an income of $200 and want to make a withdrawal of $120. Is the "Transfer to pay invoice" menu the right choice to make a withdrawal to paypal in the amount we specify?
