Trouble replacing a mesh on a pre-existing model
I have purchased a 3rd person camera that came with a 3D model with solid character animations and I've been struggling with trying to use the animations with other models. First I copied the rigging and put it in the new model and tried to create an Avatar that copied the original Avatar, which was unsuccessful.
Now I am trying to replace the mesh on the original model with my new mesh. In the scene it will be visible, but when I press play the mesh turns invisible and remains invisible after I have exited play mode. Does anyone have any guidance on how we should be approaching this issue?
