Some UI buttons suddenly don't work anymore

Hello.

I'm desperate. All of a sudden most of my UI buttons do not work anymore!

I'm writing this VR app and there is a menu on the side of one of the controllers. This worked fine a few hours ago. Now, they don't react at all anymore. If I create brandnew UI buttons, those do not work either.

HOWEVER. VRTK has this VR console to check the log in VR and I added a custom button to it a few days ago and this button works perfectly!

Any ideas? I do have an EventSystem and I'm pretty sure the raycast isn't block by anything...
