Change the Intensity of a Haptic Feedback with respect to time ?

I want to gradually decrease or increase the vibration with respect to time (so if time = 5), the intensity should vary according to time. It is played using a button click event to start playing. I am new to programming so don't know how to proceed. I have written the code but I have to click the button each time and it increases the intensity but the time remains the same. alt text
