Unable to find custom classes in PUN2 (PhotonNetwork, PUNClasses)

So we have a FPS game and we decided to use PUN 2. We are trying to use all the assets such as guns and players with Unity Addressable. PUN 2 currently instantiates a network player with resource ID which we can't use in this case. While trying to find a work around we noticed none of the Pun 2 scripts could find any classes such as custom packages or official imported packages. We could only find built in classes. I couldn't find any compilation directives on why it was only compiling and showing built in classes and other classes defined in the same namespace. Can anyone explain what exactly is happening here.
